24th of december a special day (24 december een speciale day)

It began as a normal day. Unpacking the boxes, getting firewoods, watching Christmas with Linus. Today was the day that I would make Rosa her room cosy. It was a nice day.

Het begon als een normale dag. Dozen uitpakken, hout voor het vuur halen, kerst met Linus kijken. Vandaag ging ik Rosa haar kamer gezellig maken. Het was een leuke dag.

After dinner we watch Linus agian. Then there was a knock on the door...... Rosa and Arthur went to the door. And there were Liban and Amira. They gave Arthur and Rosa presents and went away again!

Na het avondeten gingen we weer kerst met Linus kijken. Toen werd er geklopt op de deur. Arthur en Rosa gingen naar de deur. Daar waren Liban en Amira. Zij gaven Arthur en Rosa cadeautjes en gingen weer weg.

Inside the children unpacked the gifts. There were two gifts for Arthur and Rosa apart. They got it from Svein, Irene and Anders. Inside there was a barnknive, a knife for children.

Binnen gingen de kinderen de cadeautjes uitpakken. Er waren twee cadeautjes voor Arthur en Rosa apart. Die kregen ze van Svein, Irene en Anders. Er zat een barnknive, een kindermes, in.

In the other gift there was a pack with chocoladeballs!!!

In het andere pak zaten chocoaldeballetjes!!!

They were so overwhelmed!!! They got presents unexpected! It was so very sweet!!!

Ze waren zo overweldigd. Ze kregen zo onverwacht cadeautjes. Het was zo lief!!!

Arthur and Rosa at once started to carve wood. They were so happy!

Arthur en Rosa begonnen meteen met hout snijden. Ze waren zo blij!

Then we watched the end of Christmas with Linus further. Afterwards Arthur and Rosa went to put on there pajamas. On that moment I got a messege from Monika that the Northern lights were visible. So Arthur and Rosa ware allowed to put on there snowsuit. The four of us went outside to watch the Northern Lights. It was Beuatiful and Arthur said: 'It's so special to see the Northern Lights for the first time at Christmaseve!'

Toen gingen we kerst met Linus afkijken. Daarna gingen Arthur en Rosa hun pyjama's aantrekken. Op dat moment kreeg ik een berichtje van Monika. Het Noorderlicht zou te zien zijn. Dus mochten Arthur en Rosa hun skipakken aantrekken. Met z'n vieren gingen we naar buiten om het Noorderlicht te zien. Het was prachtig! en Arthur zei: 'Het is zo speciaal om het Noorderlicht voor het eerst te zien op kerstavond'!
