Juletrefest

At monday there was Juletrefest at the school, whitch is also used as a communitycentre. Everyone made something to eat. We began with eating and drinking. In the meanwhile Arthur and Rosa played a lot with Hanna, Olea, Sverre and another girl. They had big fun! After a while a couple of tables and chairs were put on the side. Then we danced around the Christmastree and were singing Christmascarols.

Maandag was er Juletrefest op school, die ook gebruikt wordt als een buurtcentrum. Iedereen nam iets lekkers te eten mee. We begonnen met eten en drinken. Ondertussen speelde Arthur an Rosa veel met Hanna, Olea, Sverre en een ander meisje. Ze hadden de grootste lol. Na een tijdje werden er wat tafels en stoelen aan de kant gezet. Toen dansten we om de kerstboom en zongen kerstliedjes.

Then after a few songs there was baninging on the door. And Santa Claus came along. All the children got a bag with candy of him! They snooped a bit and than took of again and played together.

Na een aantal liedjes werd er op de deur gebonst. De kerstman kwam binnen. Alle kinderen kregen een zakje snoep van hem. Ze snoepten wat en daarna gingen ze weer lekker spelen.

After that we were brought home with a horse and sled. Gunnhild came with the horses Erna and Tillut. There were bells and fire at the slede behind the horse. We sat in the sled Arthur and Rosa sat on our lap. The other kids sat on the bag of the sled. On our way home they told us that there was a farmSanta Claus. He could pop up somewere. Meanwhile it was snowing. It was so beautiful.

Erna werden we thuis gebracht met paard en slee. Gunnhild kwam met de paarden Erna en Tillut. Er waren belletjes en een fakkel op de slee achter het paard. Wij zaten in de slee en Arthur en Rosa zaten op schoot. De andere kinderen zaten achterop. Onderweg vertelde ze dat we ook een boerderijkerstman zouden kunnen zien. Ondertussen sneeuwde het. Het was prachtig om te zien.

After the ride we went to see the other horses in the stable. They told us there names, we pet them. Then Arthur and Rosa were put on the back of the horse in the stable. That was already very nice!

Na de rit mochten we nog de paarden in de stal zien. Ze vertelden ons de namen en we aaiden ze. Arthur an Rosa werden op de rug van de paarden gezet. Dat vonden ze al heel erg leuk.

But then Arthur and Rosa were asked if they wanted to ride a horse for a little bit. Ofcourse ther wanted that! So the did!!!

Maar toen vroegen ze Arthur en Rosa of ze nog een klein stukje wilden rijden. Natuurlijk wilden ze dat. Dus deden ze dat!

They have the time of their life!!!

Ze hebben de tijd van hun leven!!!
